Title: Head Clinical TrainingCompany: SS Innovations Private Limited Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase-III, Gurgaon, Haryana Employment Type: Full TimeRelevant Experience: 7-10 YearsReporting to - CEO (APAC)Position Summary: The Head of Clinical Training will lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive clinical training programs for robotic-assisted surgical systems and related medical technologies. The role is responsible for ensuring surgeons, clinical teams, internal staff, and partners receive high-quality training that enables safe, efficient, and effective use of the company’s products. The position combines clinical expertise, training leadership, curriculum development, and cross-functional collaboration to support product adoption, improve surgical outcomes, and drive clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Training Leadership Lead and manage the clinical training function across internal teams and external customers. Develop and implement strategic training programs for robotic-assisted surgery systems. Ensure standardized and high-quality training delivery for surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff. Curriculum & Program Development Design and develop structured training curriculum, modules, and certification pathways for robotic surgery systems. Create simulation-based training models and clinical education materials. Continuously update training programs based on clinical feedback, product updates, and surgical innovations. Surgeon & Hospital Training Conduct surgeon training programs, workshops, and hands-on simulation sessions. Support proctoring, surgeon onboarding, and credentialing programs. Provide on-site clinical support during robotic procedures when required. Product Demonstrations & Pre-Sales Support Deliver clinical product demonstrations for prospective customers and partners.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product adoption through clinical education. Project & Training Program ManagementPlan and execute training schedules, workshops, and clinical education initiatives across hospitals and training centers. Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D, product management, regulatory, and sales teams. Provide clinical insights and feedback to support product development and improvements. Quality & Compliance Ensure training processes align with medical device quality standards and regulatory requirements including ISO 13485:2016. Support internal audits and compliance activities related to training programs. Team Development Mentor and develop clinical trainers and application specialists. Build and scale the clinical training team as the organization grows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or related field. Certifications in medical education, clinical training, or instructional methods are preferred.Experience 7–10 years of experience in clinical training, medical device applications, or surgical support. Experience in robotic-assisted surgery systems, advanced medical devices, or surgical technologies preferred.
