Job Locations: Ahmedabad, Andheri, Mahalaxmi, Pune, HyderabadRole & Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our range of sanitary ware and bathroom fittings. Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing. Conduct product demonstrations and ensure customers understand the functionalities and benefits of the products. Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by arranging and restocking products as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Process quotations for customer selections accurately and efficiently. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on potential leads. Stay updated with the latest product trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional activities. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product improvements.
