We focus on solving complex real-world problems by developing state-of-the-art DSP algorithms and high-performance implementations for RF, FPGA, Embedded Processors, and high-speed computing platforms.About the roleWe are looking for a Sr. Algorithm Developer – DSP who can design, analyze, and implement advanced signal processing algorithms from first principles. This role requires strong theoretical foundations in DSP and communications, along with the ability to translate research literature (IEEE papers, standards, and technical publications) into working algorithms and optimized implementations. The role also involves studying existing algorithms and improving their performance, robustness, and computational efficiency for real-world deployment.The candidate will work on communication and radar signal processing algorithms including modulators, demodulators, synchronization techniques, channel coding, detection, estimation, and performance optimization.Responsibilities Study and derive algorithms from IEEE papers, research publications, standards, and technical documentation.Develop DSP algorithms for Digital Communication systems and Radar Signal Processing.Design algorithms for:Modulation & demodulation (PCM/FM, SOQPSK, CPM, QPSK, QAM etc.)Synchronization (carrier, symbol, timing recovery)Channel coding & decoding (LDPC, Turbo, Reed-Solomon, etc.)Filtering, estimation, and detection algorithmsRadar signal processing techniquesImplement algorithms using MATLAB / Python for modelling and simulation.Convert algorithms into high-performance implementations in C/C++ or FPGA-friendly architectures using RTL.Validate algorithms through simulation, mathematical analysis, and test data.Analyze existing algorithm implementations and improve:AccuracyComputational efficiencyLatencyRobustness in real-world conditionsOptimize algorithms for hardware acceleration platforms (FPGA/GPU/embedded processors).Work closely with FPGA, embedded software, and RF teams to integrate algorithms into system-level designs.Support testing, debugging, and performance evaluation of deployed systems.Participate in technical problem solving and architectural discussions.Document algorithms, simulation results, and performance evaluations.Stay updated with latest developments in signal processing and communication theory.QualificationBachelor’s or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a reputed institution.4–8 years of experience in system development involving both software and hardware components.Strong understanding of DSP, RF systems, and communications/radar technologies.Proficiency in one or more tools/languages: LabVIEW, C/C++, MATLAB, Verilog/VHDL.Experience managing small technical teams and working in cross-functional setups.Familiarity with projects involving government agencies or DRDO is a plus.Excellent communication and documentation skills for client and internal reporting.Strong fundamentals in:Digital Signal ProcessingDigital CommunicationsProbability & Random ProcessesEstimation TheoryEmployee status and commitmentsPermanent full-time position, located at our Hyderabad office, with regular on-site visits to clients and vendor locations.Why join US?Culture of Excellence: We are committed to fostering a culture where every individual can thrive, grow, and make a difference.Opportunities for Growth: We believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for professional development and advancement.Collaborative Culture: Join a collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.Innovative Environment: Be part of a team that thrives on innovation and is committed to pushing the boundaries of RF technology
