HR Recruiter – Automation Industry Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support the recruitment team by identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for technical roles in the automation industry. The role mainly focuses on candidate sourcing, resume screening, and talent pipeline building, rather than handling full end-to-end recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for automation and technical roles. Identify suitable profiles for roles such as Automation Engineer, PLC Programmer, SCADA Engineer, Sales Engineer, and Service Engineer. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and Department Heads. Share shortlisted profiles with the HR / Recruitment team or Hiring Managers Maintain recruitment database and candidate pipeline. Stay updated with talent trends in automation, electronics, and engineering industries. Handle offer discussions, documentation, and joining follow-ups Required Qualifications: MBA in HR (Preferred) B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation) – Not Mandatory 2 - 5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
