Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ADP RUN Implementation & Integration Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in implementing and integrating ADP RUN payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll implementations, HRIS integrations, payroll configuration, and client-facing consulting.The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of ADP RUN payroll systems, integrating with third-party applications, and ensuring seamless payroll operations for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementationLead end-to-end implementation of ADP RUN payroll solutions for new clients.Gather and analyze client payroll requirements, tax configurations, and compliance needs.Configure ADP RUN payroll modules, including employee setup, earnings, deductions, benefits, and tax settings.Support data migration from legacy payroll systems to ADP RUN.Conduct payroll validation, parallel payroll runs, and system testing.Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.IntegrationDesign and implement integrations between ADP RUN and third-party systems such as HRIS, accounting systems, time & attendance systems, and benefits platforms.Develop and support API-based integrations, SFTP-based file integrations, and middleware solutions.Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across integrated systems.Troubleshoot integration failures, payroll data discrepancies, and interface issues.Collaboration & SupportWork closely with HR, payroll teams, finance, and IT stakeholders.Provide functional and technical expertise on ADP RUN payroll solutions.Maintain implementation documentation, integration architecture, and support procedures.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and data security standards.Support system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6–10 years of experience in payroll system implementations and integrations.3–5 years of hands-on experience with ADP RUN payroll platform.Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax setup, and payroll compliance.Experience with HRIS and payroll system integrations.Knowledge of REST APIs, XML/JSON, and file-based integrations (SFTP, CSV, etc.).Experience with data migration and payroll validation processes.Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating ADP RUN with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.).Experience working with ADP APIs and ADP Marketplace integrations.Knowledge of time and attendance system integrations.Experience with middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.Payroll or HRIS certifications (preferred).
