The institute offers specialized programs through multiple schools including Technology & AI, Management, Finance, Media & Communications, Animation & Design, and Corporate Training.BIA® is known for its industry-focused curriculum, practical training approach, and commitment to preparing students for the evolving job market and has been consistently recognized by several global publications and organizations for its high-quality training programs.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual meetings, and in-person counselling.Provide one-on-one academic counselling and career guidance to students and working professionals.Explain course structure, curriculum, fees, schedules, eligibility, and career support clearly.Guide students in selecting suitable programs in Data Science, AI, Finance, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and related fields.Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and conduct regular follow-ups throughout the admissions cycle.Convert warm leads into enrolments using consultative selling and effective objection handling.Manage the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrolment confirmation and onboarding.Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status in internal systems.Achieve monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion targets.Support webinars, information sessions, and counselling events while collaborating with marketing and academic teams.Preferred CandidateMinimum 1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, admissions, or a related student-facing role.Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.Comfortable working with targets, managing leads, and closing enrolments.Experience in coaching institutes, training academies, or online education platforms is an advantage.
