The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client leads, developing strong client relationships, and understanding clients' interior design needs. They will manage the sales cycle, present tailored solutions, and coordinate with the design team to ensure alignment with the client’s requirements. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project cycle.QualificationsSales and client relationship management skills, including lead generation, customer engagement, and building long-term professional relationships.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals.Knowledge of interior design concepts, trends, and relevant engineering principles to provide accurate advice and recommendations.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to manage sales processes and documentation.Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently in a target-driven environment.A background in sales or interior design is preferred, and a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is advantageous.
