We're Hiring: General Manager — Sales (Commercial Vehicles) Hisar, Haryana | Full-Time Supreme Auto Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. (Authorized Mahindra & Mahindra Dealer)We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to head our Commercial Vehicle Sales division at our Hisar dealership.What You'll Do:• Own and drive the entire commercial vehicle sales function — LCV, HCV, SCV, Pickups & 3-Wheelers • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets • Develop and execute sales strategies covering retail, fleet, institutional, and government segments • Expand our sub-dealer network and channel partner ecosystem across Hisar and surrounding districts • Strengthen key account relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and institutional buyers • Plan and execute on-ground activations, melas, road shows, and marketing campaigns • Ensure compliance with Mahindra's Dealer Operating Standards and reporting protocols • Present sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and market intelligence to senior managementWhat We're Looking For:• MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred) • 10–15 years in automobile sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (GM / AVP level) • Prior experience with Mahindra CV or equivalent OEM (Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Eicher) strongly preferred • Deep understanding of commercial vehicle market dynamics, financing ecosystem, and fleet operations • Strong negotiation, team management, and communication skills • Fluency in Hindi & EnglishWhat We Offer:• Competitive CTC with performance-linked incentives • Vehicle allowance, fuel card, and mobile reimbursement • Opportunity to lead a flagship dealership operation in a high-growth market
