We’re Hiring: Fashion Designer for Loungewear / ActivewearWe’re currently building a premium loungewear brand called Second Form, based in India, and we’re looking for a Fashion Designer to join the team full-time.Our brand called /"Second Form/", focuses on minimal, elevated loungewear and everyday essentials — designed for comfort, versatility, and timeless wear.We are currently in the pre-launch phase, making this a great opportunity to help shape the brand from the ground up.Roles and Responsibilities:• Design loungewear and lifestyle apparel collections• Research global trends and translate them into wearable designs• Develop concepts, sketches, and moodboards• Select fabrics, trims, and garment details• Create detailed production-ready tech packs• Work closely with sampling and production teamsQualification Requirements:• 2–4 years of experience in apparel design• Experience in loungewear/ athleisure/ lifestyle apparel preferred• Strong understanding of global fashion trends and silhouettes• Ability to create detailed tech packs• Good knowledge of fabrics, GSM, garment construction, and fitWe have an in-house garment manufacturing facility, allowing designers to work closely with sampling and production teams during development.If interested, please send your resume, portfolio, and sample work to
