You will have the opportunity to innovate, influence product architecture, and contribute to high-impact silicon designs deployed globally.            Roles & Responsibilities .   Design high-performance, low-power circuits tailored to customer  specifications.Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver complete SRAM IPs within project timelines.Perform detailed circuit analysis, identify robustness gaps, and drive improvement solutions.Take full ownership of the design cycle — from SPEC to GDS and DK delivery.Review circuit architectures, robustness reports, and identify potential issues early.Evaluate layouts and suggest improvements to optimize PPA (Power, Performance, Area) .Understand SRAM PPA trade-offs and apply the right techniques to meet targets.Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Skills & Experience (2–10 Years) .Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Electronics or related fields.Hands-on experience in memory design — SRAM/ROM (custom or compiler).Strong understanding of RC networks, FinFET fundamentals, and semiconductor physics.Deep knowledge of SRAM bit-cell behavior (read/standby current, SNM, data retention).Expertise in circuit design fundamentals and critical path modeling (RC, C, Pi, ladder models). Good grasp of process variability and its impact on memory design.Ability to analyze layouts and understand LLE effects.           Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic or related engineering fields.6+ years of experience in circuit design (for senior roles).
