Job Title: Project & Site Execution Lead – Office + Experience Centre (High-End Interiors) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site) Role Summary We’re building a premium office-cum-experience centre and need an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between our internal team and external partners (architects, contractors, MEP, and vendors). You will lead on-site execution, handle daily site coordination and issue resolution, maintain quality standards for high-end finishes, and ensure timelines are met. Post handover, you will create maintenance SOPs, repair guides, and operational playbooks, and support our store expansion strategy with a repeatable fit-out model. Key Responsibilities 1) Site Execution & Daily Coordination Act as the owner’s representative on-site, coordinating between architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Drive daily work planning, sequencing, and progress tracking. Resolve day-to-day site issues quickly (civil, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, finishes, low voltage). Ensure execution matches design intent, drawings, and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain premium workmanship and detailing standards. 2) Drawings, AutoCAD & Technical Alignment Read, edit, and manage AutoCAD drawings for interiors and coordination. Identify clashes and ambiguities in drawings early and coordinate corrections with the architect/consultants. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and execution details before implementation. 3) Quality Control, Materials & Vendor Management Enforce quality standards for high-end finishes (paint, stone, veneer/laminates, metalwork, glass, flooring, lighting). Manage sample approvals, mockups, and on-site material verification. Track contractors for productivity, workmanship, and adherence to timelines. Maintain snag lists and ensure closure prior to handover. 4) Documentation, Reporting & Handover Maintain site documentation: daily progress reports, photos, punch lists, approvals, and revisions. Prepare and manage handover documentation: asset list, warranties, vendor contacts, and as-built notes. 5) Post-Build Maintenance Systems (SOPs + Repair Guides) Create maintenance SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting guides for HVAC, lighting, electrical panels, and plumbing. Define care procedures for premium surfaces and finishes, including do’s/don’ts and approved products. Build a warranty tracker and vendor escalation matrix; train staff on basic upkeep and quick troubleshooting. 6) Expansion Strategy Support (Long-Term) Help standardise a repeatable fit-out playbook for future locations. Document learnings, preferred vendors, detailing standards, and execution checklists. Must-Have Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering/Construction Management (or equivalent). A strong diploma plus relevant execution experience is also acceptable. 3–8+ years of experience in high-end interior execution (commercial/retail/hospitality preferred). Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (reading + editing drawings). Proven ability to manage multiple vendors/contractors and drive day-to-day site execution. High attention to detail for luxury finishes and execution quality. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Based in, or available for, full-time on-site work in Gurgaon. Nice to Have Experience with experience centres, luxury retail, boutique offices, or hospitality-grade interiors. Strong understanding of MEP coordination and site sequencing. Familiarity with AV/IT/low-voltage coordination (helpful for an experience centre). Comfort with structured reporting tools (Excel trackers, Notion, snagging apps). What Success Looks Like Smooth site progress with clear daily coordination and zero ambiguity on execution. Premium finish quality delivered with minimal rework and tight snag closure. Complete handover documentation plus SOPs ready for operational stability. A documented fit-out playbook that supports future expansion. Compensation Competitive, based on experience (please share current CTC and expected CTC). How to Apply CV plus portfolio or site photos of executed projects. Current location and notice period. 2–3 key projects where you owned site execution end-to-end.
