Title: Manager - HR Jharsuguda  Location: Jharsuguda Job Type: Full-Time Industry:  Steel, Infrastructure, Construction, Machinery Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery industry ​ Summary:The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s workforce by leading end-to-end recruitment initiatives with precision and strategic insight. This position is critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal standards. The incumbent will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage talent pipelines, and mentor a team of recruiters while maintaining operational excellence in HR functions such as payroll coordination and employee grievance resolution. With a strong foundation in labor laws and a deep understanding of regional language requirements, this role ensures sustainable hiring practices and supports organizational growth through effective talent management.Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles across all levels. Drive proactive talent acquisition through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices. Manage recruitment vendors and evaluate their performance to ensure quality outcomes. Support payroll coordination and assist in resolving employee grievances in alignment with HR policies. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, including the Factories Act and Contract Labour Act. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s / PGDM in HR or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment management. Demonstrated expertise in statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR regulatory frameworks. Proven experience in payroll handling and employee relations. Proficiency in Odia language is mandatory.
