Review equipment design, specifications, and maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency. Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment performance issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives. Support commissioning, inspection, and maintenance planning for rotating machinery.
