About the role This role will be responsible for all light commercial HVAC products such as Hi-Wall, DX Ductable and VRF. Role Responsibilities: Appointing Channel partners for LC and VRF Sales-North East Territory To be able to sell all light commercial HVAC products such as Hi-Wall, DX Ductable and VRF Reaching Influencer/TKC network and helping them with design and quotations. Getting additional business from new channel, customer, Influencers. Achieving sales target both in bottomline and topline, keeping collection intact. Setting sales quotas and target for channel Guiding and nurturing sales staff Completing sales reports and coordinating other administrative work like order processing, payment collection and internal adjustment Addressing channel issues that need to be escalated Selling products or helping sales staff negotiate and close deals Work in all types of sales environments, from retail stores to business-to-business (B2B) companies. To be able to sell all light commercial HVAC products such as Hi-Wall, DX Ductable and VRF Minimum Requirements Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution University Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent experience and specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
