Acting as the bridge between business teams and technology partners, this role ensures that Zoho modules across CRM, finance, HR, projects, and support functions are optimised to enable efficient, scalable processes. The Product Owner gathers and prioritises business requirements, translates them into clear functional specifications, and works with external developers to deliver enhancements and integrations. With a strong focus on leveraging Zoho’s out-of-the-box capabilities, the role balances quick operational improvements with a longer-term platform roadmap.
