We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in account management, possess a strong work ethic, excel in communication skills, and have a deep understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing solutions. Join our team and be a key driver in delivering exceptional results for our clients.This role is part of a team expansion and is focused on scaling existing accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.Required Skills:Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our advertisers, building strong and trusted relationships to understand their advertising objectives and overall business goals.Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth by achieving and exceeding performance targets.Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with advertisers to develop customized advertising strategies that align with their target audience, KPIs, and brand identity.Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining campaign effectiveness.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance and metrics, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and providing insights to advertisers for optimization.Client Support: Proactively address advertiser inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing advertisers by introducing them to additional advertising products or services that align with their needs.Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular performance reports for advertisers, highlighting key metrics and outcomes to demonstrate the value of their advertising investment.Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital advertising to offer strategic recommendations and stay ahead of the competition.Other Tasks:Collaborate with the internal team to contribute to revenue growth and achievement of quarterly targets.Develop campaign strategies, media plans, and proposals aligned with advertiser objectives.Strategize closely with clients to build a long-term roadmap aligned to their business objectives.Work cross-functionally with internal teams, taking ownership of outcomes while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.What you’ll need to succeed:2–3 years of relevant experience in the digital advertising industry.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong sales mindset with the ability to map business opportunities and confidently lead client conversations.Bold, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to navigate complex client scenarios.Experience working toward quarterly revenue targets with ownership and accountability.Affiliate marketing experience is a strong plus.Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and performance marketing environment.Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grasp new concepts.Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with keen analytical skills and problem-solving ability.Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection - ensuring high-quality work.Proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
