About the RoleAs the Site Manager for Our Outlet, you will be the primary custodian of our brand’s reputation and daily profitability. This role requires a blend of hospitality leadership and operational discipline. You will be responsible for ensuring that the outlet runs flawlessly, the team remains motivated, and every customer receives a premium experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Oversee the end-to-end functioning of Our Outlet, including opening/closing procedures, hygiene audits, and facility maintenance.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor outlet staff. Manage shift rosters to ensure optimal coverage and labor cost efficiency.Customer Experience: Maintain a strong floor presence. Handle customer feedback proactively and ensure service standards align with company values.Financial Management: Drive sales targets, monitor daily cash reconciliation, and manage the outlet's P&L (Profit and Loss).Inventory Control: Oversee stock procurement and rotation (FIFO) to minimize wastage and ensure zero stock-outs.Compliance: Ensure Our Outlet strictly adheres to FSSAI standards, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.RequirementsExperience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Site or Store Management within the F&B or Retail sector.Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems (Point of Sale), inventory software, and MS Excel for reporting.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
