We’re looking for interns who can regularly interact with our in-app conversational assistantand help us identify issues in how it communicates.What You’ll Do● Have daily conversations with the assistant.● Identify incorrect responses, inconsistencies, or hallucinations.● Flag memory-related issues (missed context, wrong recall, etc.).● Evaluate tone, clarity, and response quality.● Document findings and share structured reports with the product team.● Suggest improvements based on your observations.Requirements● Strong communication and observation skills.● Good command of English & Hinglish.● Detail-oriented and patient while testing.● Any background can apply.What You’ll Learn● Practical exposure to conversational AI.● How to analyse and improve AI behaviour.● Experience in user research and quality analysis.
