Position: Business Finance Manager Reporting: Chief Financial Officer Who we are The NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) is IIM Bangalore’s startup huband incubation centre. The centre is structured as a section-8 not-for-profit entity.NSRCEL’s mission is to support ventures in the start-up ecosystem that demonstrate potentialto create significant economic and societal impact. This financial year alone NSRCEL hasengaged with 1106 ventures through 13 unique program tracks across 82 towns in the country.NSRCEL is supported by Department of Science and Technology and Ministry of Electronicsand Information Technology. NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Alstom, Capgemini,Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Maruti Suzuki, Pernod Ricard India Foundation and SBIFoundation, among others to support idea stage and early-revenue stage entrepreneurs andstartups in focussed themes of climate-tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.What you will be doing Own the Budget preparation & consolidation process in close coordination with the Program/Business teamsOwn the business Planning & forecast process, by creating/maintaining financial models and drive cost-roll up & rate card initiativesParticipate in new business initiatives & strategy & their executionPublish Management reports that help drive the overall strategy by tracking KPI’s & providing reports on financial performanceStay updated on industry trends and best practicesWhat you will need to bring to the table MBA in Finance, CA/CMAMinimum 6-8 years’ experience in Business Finance/FP&A roleExposure to Start up incubation/ecosystem will be an added advantageExcellent business planning & execution abilitiesCross functional mindset & stakeholder ManagementCorporate Finance & focus on business understandingReporting Skills, hands on with MS Office toolsExposure to Power BI, Dashboards will be an added advantageAttention to DetailDeadline-Oriented & a learning mindset
