Join us in solving some of the world’s most important food challenges.Job Summary:The SAP S/4 HANA Security Administrator (Junior) supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and monitoring of SAP security across SAP S/4 HANA and related systems. This role focuses on user access administration, role maintenance, authorization troubleshooting, and compliance support while working closely with senior SAP Security and GRC team members.The position is ideal for an SAP security professional who has foundational S/4 HANA experience and is looking to deepen expertise in SAP security and GRC within a structured enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:SAP Security Administration:Perform user access administration activities, including user provisioning, modifications, and deactivations.Assist with the creation, maintenance, and testing of SAP roles and authorizations in SAP S/4 HANA.Support role assignments and authorization troubleshooting under guidance from senior team members.Execute security transports and validate changes across SAP environments.Monitor user access and assist with remediation of access issues.SAP S/4HANA & Fiori Security Support:Support SAP S/4 HANA authorization concepts, including business roles and technical roles.Assist with SAP Fiori security maintenance (catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and roles).Help resolve authorization errors related to Fiori apps and OData services.Participate in S/4HANA upgrades, patches, and testing cycles from a security perspective.Collaboration & Documentation:Work closely with SAP functional teams, Basis, and senior security administrators.Document security procedures, role changes, and access requests.Follow established security governance processes and escalation paths.Participate in knowledge transfer and training sessions.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in SAP Security administration.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA security concepts.Basic understanding of SAP authorization objects and role design.Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control concepts.Experience supporting user access requests and audits.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Good communication and collaboration skills.Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications:Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM / Firefighter).Experience with SAP Fiori security.Knowledge of SOX or audit-driven access controls.Experience supporting multiple SAP environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).SAP Security or GRC training, or certification.Growth & Development Opportunities:Mentorship from senior SAP Security and GRC professionals.Exposure to enterprise-scale SAP S/4 HANA landscapes.Opportunity to grow into senior SAP Security or GRC roles.Participation in SAP transformation and modernization initiatives.
