Job Role: PGT (English)Location: Sector 70A, GurgaonKey Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning and Implementation:Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.Classroom Management:Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom.Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.Assessment and Evaluation:Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.Student Development:Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.Professional Development:Stay updated on the latest developments in English language and literature education.Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.School Activities:Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities.Support the school's vision and mission in all aspects of teaching and learning.Qualifications:Master's and Bachelor’s degree in English.B.Ed. is mandatory.Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
