With clients across India, Switzerland, Dubai, and Canada, we continue to expand globally.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our clients, primarily architects, interior designers, and institutional buyers. The role focuses on coordination, communication, and execution rather than hard sales. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of client requirements from enquiry to order closure and post-order coordination.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsUnderstand client requirements and coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teamsManage ongoing client accounts and ensure timely follow-upsPrepare quotations, presentations, and order documentationEnsure smooth execution of orders and address client queries or escalationsBuild long-term relationships through consistent and reliable serviceQualifications:1 to 4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or coordination rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable handling multiple clients and timelines simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and basic documentationBachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)Experience in textiles, carpets, interiors, or related industries is a plusPay range and compensation package:Salary Range: Upwards of ₹3.5L, Incentives additional.Equal Opportunity Statement:We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
