The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Every door, every dayAbout noon Foodnoon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. noon Food is expanding its ecosystem through new growth initiatives focused on deepening restaurant partnerships and unlocking additional value for merchants and customers.What you'll do:Work closely with the Growth Manager to define and execute the app operations strategyLead and manage a small team of Growth Executives responsible for day-to-day app operationsPlan and prioritize the in-app campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with growth goalsIdeate and launch creative campaigns to drive user engagement and transactions on the appOwn the end-to-end campaign execution process, including setup, testing, and launch using internal toolsPartner with design, content, and marketing teams to define clear and effective in-app communication and messagingAnalyze campaign performance to measure uplift, identify insights, and recommend optimizationsOwn app quality control by regularly reviewing campaigns, banners, and placements to ensure a bug-free experienceOwn the end-to-end customer journey on the app, identifying and resolving friction points that impact conversion or user experienceWhat you’ll need:Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field4+ years of overall work experience with 2+ years of team management experience2+ years of experience in a growth role is preferredAbility to generate ideas and solve problems independentlyComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentStrong spreadsheet and analytical skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneAptitude for organization, flexibility and producing resultsWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
