We are seeking a Manager – Healthcare & Life Sciences with a strong consulting background and deep functional understanding of the US Healthcare and Life Sciences landscape. This role requires a self-driven leader who can bridge business, technology, and data/AI to deliver large-scale digital transformation programs across Life Sciences and Healthcare ecosystems.The role demands end-to-end ownership of mid-to-large client portfolios, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to translate complex functional requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose digital solutions. The individual will collaborate across SAP, Data & Analytics, AI, and Platform Engineering practices.Key Responsibilities:Client & Portfolio Management:- Own and manage mid to large client portfolios (> USD 500M) across Life Sciences and Healthcare accounts- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across business, IT, and digital leadership- Drive end-to-end program execution from opportunity shaping and solutioning to delivery and value realization- Support pre-sales, proposal development, and GTM initiatives including client workshopsConsulting & Functional Leadership:- Provide functional consulting leadership across the Life Sciences value chain: * Clinical Development & Trials * Manufacturing & Quality (GxP) * Supply Chain & Serialization * Commercial & Market Access- Demonstrate working knowledge of US Healthcare: * Payer business models (claims, utilization management, value-based care) * Provider workflows (EHR, revenue cycle, care delivery, population health)Digital Transformation & Technology Acumen:- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives including enterprise platforms, data modernization, and AI-led solutions- Translate business and functional needs into technology architectures, platform requirements, and analytics/AI use cases- Drive AI use cases across: * Clinical insights and trial optimization * Manufacturing and quality analytics * Supply chain intelligence * Commercial analytics and forecasting * Payer-provider automation and analyticsCross-Practice Collaboration:- Collaborate across SAP, Data Analytics, AI, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Cloud teams- Act as the integration layer between functional consulting and technical delivery teamsLeadership & Team Management:- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams- Drive ownership, accountability, and outcome-based delivery- Support talent development and HCLS capability buildingRequired Qualifications:Education:- B.Tech / B.E. (mandatory)- MBA from a Tier-I institute (preferred)Experience & Skills:- 8–10 years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting with exposure to the US Healthcare market preferred- Strong experience in digital transformation, platform-led programs, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions- Proven ability to manage large portfolios (> USD 500M) and complex multi-stakeholder programs- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and client management skills- Solid business acumen with strong technical understanding (solution-oriented)Preferred:- Prior US client engagement experience- Valid or prior US Business Visa- Exposure to pre-sales, GTM strategy, and industry solution developmentKey Competencies:- Strategic thinking and problem solving- Client-first consulting mindset- Cross-practice collaboration- High ownership and execution excellence- Ability to operate in ambiguity and scale programs
