Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our Counter‑Drone Systems portfolio. The ideal candidate will leverage strong networks within the armed forces and defence ecosystem to generate leads, secure orders, and position our solutions effectively. A solid background in defence business development and marketing, along with an understanding of drone and counter‑drone technologies, is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development and marketing strategies to promote Counter‑Drone Systems in domestic and international markets.Utilize established networks within the armed forces and defence services to drive orders, negotiate contracts, and identify new opportunities.Engage with defence agencies, procurement bodies, and government stakeholders to position counter‑drone solutions.Represent the organisation in client meetings, demonstrations, and capability presentations as a subject matter advocate.Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape in the counter‑drone domain.Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations and compliance requirements.Lead marketing initiatives, including campaigns, presentations, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance product visibility.Ensure alignment with organisational business objectives and long‑term growth strategy.Qualifications & ExperienceExperienceMinimum 15+ years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the defence or aerospace sectors.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA or advanced degree preferred.
