We are seeking an experienced AGM / DGM – Legal Counsel & Business Development Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This role will be responsible for overseeing legal operations related to land acquisition and regulatory compliance while supporting business development initiatives associated with land transactions and project expansion.The position requires strong expertise in development approvals, property registrations, land due diligence, and regulatory coordination, along with the ability to maintain effective relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities :Lead legal processes related to land acquisition, title verification, and due diligence for development projectsFacilitate and streamline development approvals, zoning permissions, and statutory clearances with relevant authoritiesEnsure accurate documentation, stamping, and registration of land and project-related agreementsStructure and negotiate land transactions, joint development agreements (JDAs), development agreements, and MoUsSupport business development efforts by assisting in land sourcing, evaluating transaction structures, and enabling partnershipsMaintain strong liaison with government departments, regulatory bodies, and landowners to facilitate approvals and registrationsEnsure compliance with applicable land laws, development regulations, and statutory requirementsCoordinate with external legal counsel and manage litigation or dispute matters where requiredExperience & Qualifications:LLB / LLM from a recognized university10–15 years of experience in legal roles within real estate, infrastructure, or development sectorsProven experience in land acquisition, regulatory approvals, registrations, and government liaisonExposure to land transactions and business development in real estate projectsIf you have strong expertise in land laws, regulatory frameworks, and real estate transactions, and are passionate about enabling project growth through effective legal and stakeholder management, we’d love to connect.
