This role combines deep CyberArk technical expertise, solution architecture, and program leadership, with ownership of large-scale implementations, client governance, and team management.Key ResponsibilitiesCyberArk Architecture & DeliveryLead end-to-end CyberArk PAM implementations including:PAS (EPM, PSM, PSMSession, Vault)Privileged Cloud (EPM SaaS, PAM as a Service)Design enterprise-scale PAM architectures across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Define PAM onboarding strategies, credential lifecycle, access workflows, and session managementDrive hardening, performance tuning, and operational readiness of CyberArk platformsProgram & Client LeadershipOwn multiple CyberArk programs simultaneously (assessment → design → rollout → BAU)Act as client-facing lead for senior stakeholders (CISO, IAM Head, Security Architects)Translate business and regulatory requirements into PAM technical solutionsSupport pre-sales, RFP responses, estimations, and solution walkthroughsGovernance, Risk & ComplianceAlign PAM controls with frameworks such as:ISO 27001 / ISMSSOX / ITGCRBI / SEBI / global regulatory expectationsSupport audits, control validation, and risk remediation related to privileged accessPeople & Practice LeadershipMentor and manage CyberArk consultants and managersDefine delivery standards, best practices, and reusable acceleratorsConduct technical reviews, solution sign-offs, and escalation managementContribute to IAM/PAM practice growth and capability buildingRequired Skills & ExperienceMandatory7+ years in IAM with strong hands-on CyberArk PAM experienceDeep expertise in:CyberArk Vault, PSM, PSMSession, EPMAccount onboarding, CPM policies, platform hardeningExperience leading large enterprise or consulting-led PAM programsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to HaveCyberArk certifications (CDE, CDEF, Sentry)Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAPExposure to DevOps PAM, secrets management, or cloud-native IAMPrior experience in Big4 / large consulting environmentsRole Level FitmentSenior Manager: Strong delivery leadership with hands-on architectural depthAssociate Director: Program ownership, client advisory, practice leadershipWork ModeHybrid / Onsite as per client requirement
