Position: Dean – Medical College Location: Sangareddy (Resident Preferred)Job Description: The Dean will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and clinical leadership of the Medical College. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, maintaining academic excellence, supervising faculty, and overseeing hospital–college coordination.Qualifications:MBBS with MD / DNB from a recognized institutionMinimum 15 years of academic experience in a Medical CollegeAt least 5 years experience as Principal / Vice Principal / ProfessorExperience in handling regulatory bodies such as National Medical Commission (NMC)Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership for academic and clinical programsEnsure compliance with guidelines of the National Medical CommissionSupervise faculty recruitment, development, and performanceMaintain high standards in medical education, research, and patient careCoordinate with hospital administration and university managementOversee accreditation, inspections, and institutional policiesGuide curriculum implementation and academic planningRequirements:Must be residing in Sangareddy or willing to relocateStrong leadership and administrative capabilitiesExperience in reputed medical colleges or corporate hospitals preferredEx-doctors with strong academic leadership background preferred
