Build New Growth Channels (0→1)Identify and build demand generation channels such as:• NRI communities and diaspora networks• Global Indian associations• Senior living communities• Elder care organizations• Healthcare communities abroadYou will experiment, test, and scale the most effective ways to reach families living overseas.2.
