This includes overseeing the customer journey, supporting e-commerce execution, strengthening store performance, and ensuring that revenue opportunities are not missed due to operational gaps.Success in this role means becoming someone the founder can rely on to ensure priorities move from discussion to execution.This role requires someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and step in wherever needed to move the business forward.Role Pillars:Pillar 1 — Growth & Revenue EnginePurpose:Drive growth by ensuring revenue opportunities across online and offline channels are captured, supported, and improved.Responsibilities:Work closely with the founder to ensure growth initiatives and campaigns move quickly from idea to execution.Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and store activations.Monitor customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.Step in where required to ensure customer interest converts into store visits or purchases.Track leads, follow-ups, and unresolved customer conversations so that revenue opportunities are not missed.Observe customer behavior and campaign responses, and share ideas to improve growth initiatives.Pillar 2 — Store Performance & Customer ExperiencePurpose:Ensure the store operates smoothly while delivering a strong and engaging customer experience.Responsibilities:Maintain strong awareness of store activity, customer interactions, and overall store performance.Work closely with staff to maintain high standards of product presentation and service.Support the team in delivering a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for customers.Track footfall, customer feedback, and buying patterns, identifying opportunities to improve conversion.Support the execution of store events, promotions, and initiatives that drive footfall.Step in where needed to ensure customers receive timely assistance and a smooth experience.Pillar 3 — Business Operations & ExecutionPurpose:Ensure the operational engine of the business runs smoothly and that priorities move from planning to completion.Responsibilities:Support execution of key operational priorities defined by the founder.Ensure tasks and projects move from assignment to completion with clear ownership and deadlines.Own inventory management, ensuring accurate stock visibility, timely replenishment, and coordination with the team responsible for stock handling.Co-lead e-commerce operations, including coordination around product uploads, order management, and operational workflows.Assist with team coordination and hiring activities when new roles need to be filled.Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational processes, including store schedules, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination inputs.Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve issues that affect business performance.Requirements / QualificationsMindset for this Role· Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment· Willing to roll up sleeves and step into different parts of the business· Pays attention to details while keeping an eye on growth opportunities· Takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completionBasic Qualifications2-5 years of relevant experience (Freshers can apply with relevant internship/projects experience – See Compensation & Growth section for further details)Strong organizational and communication skillsComfortable managing multiple prioritiesProactive problem-solving mindsetGood working knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, documents, presentations)Curiosity and openness to using AI and modern tools to improve efficiencyPreferred (not mandatory)1-2 yrs experience in e-commerce operationsExperience with consumer brands, retail, or D2C businessesFamiliarity with CRM/ERP or automation toolsInterest in how consumer brands growCompensation & GrowthThis role offers a salary range of ₹4–5 LPA, depending on experience, capabilities, and overall fit for the role.For candidates who are earlier in their careers, the role may also begin as a short internship with a stipend, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.As Soho Tiger grows, this position offers opportunities to take on increasing responsibility across growth, operations, and brand-building initiatives, working closely with the founder and gaining exposure to how a direct-to-consumer brand is built and scaled.For individuals who grow with the company and demonstrate strong ownership, there may also be future opportunities to participate in long-term incentive programs, including potential equity or ESOP participation as the company evolves.
