Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Learning & Development Manager. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing the learning management system, creating instructional design materials, leading trainings, and developing leadership capabilities within the team. The manager will collaborate with other departments to align learning strategies with organizational goals.
