Client of MANCER - world's leading global foodservice retailerPosition :Manager - Talent Acquisition, UK&I This individual contributor managerial role requires a proactive professional who can independently manage recruitment demand, set expectations, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK&I market.Responsibilities: • Independently drive end-to-end TA delivery while expertly balancing stakeholder’s expectations• Own the end-to-end recruitment process including Sourcing, Screening, Strategy Meeting and offer creation / management for our United Kingdom and Ireland market.• Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process inc. skills, cultural, and motivational fit.• Use proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active talent using Boolean searches and direct messaging, through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and employee referrals.• Research and recommend competitive packages in partnership with the hiring managers, HRBPs & Rewards.• Build meaningful business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners.• Enhance Global Talent Acquisition credibility with stakeholders by sharing knowledge, data, and insight from the external market inc. competitor activity, trends & innovation.What We’re Looking For • 8 - 14 years of experience in technology recruitment preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment • Mandatory experience in TA Delivery for the UK & Ireland markets • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) and sourcing platforms • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
