GyanSys is looking for SAP PP Consultant with one of our internal projects.Title: SAP PP ConsultantLocation: Bangalore HybridLead and support end-to-end SAP PP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.Gather business requirements from manufacturing and planning teams and translate them into SAP PP solutions.Configure and support core SAP PP functionalities, including:Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Production OrdersBill of Materials (BOM)Routings and Work CentersCapacity PlanningDemand ManagementIntegrate SAP PP with related modules such as MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO.Support master data setup (material master, BOM, routing, production versions).Work on batch management and shop floor integration where applicable.Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.Participate in testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and support cutover activities.Provide production support and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.Drive continuous process improvements within manufacturing operations.Required Skills & Qualifications8–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP.Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations in manufacturing environments.Strong understanding of discrete and/or process manufacturing scenarios.Experience with MRP configuration and optimization.Knowledge of integration touchpoints with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to interact with business stakeholders and drive requirement workshops.Preferred SkillsExperience in SAP S/4HANA (PP module).Exposure to PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries).Knowledge of Advanced Planning tools (PP/DS, APO – preferred).Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, automotive, or industrial manufacturing industries.SAP certification in PP (good to have)
