This role is responsible for the development and consistent implementation and administration of compensation strategy, processes, programs and policies to support T-Mobile's compensation standards and pay equity strategies. This role provides guidance and governance of compensation programs and decisions related to compensation, job architecture, market pricing objectives or pay equity initiatives. The Sr Compensation Manager is also responsible for providing research, analysis and insights to identify opportunities and solve business needs related to market competitiveness or pay equity metrics. Specific accountabilities may be related to compensation philosophy, compensation strategy, market research and architecture or the company's pay equity program.Key Responsibilities:Review and approve all compensation offers in India.Lead pricing, leveling, and job architecture decisions for India’s growth.Maintain governance during aggressive hiring cycles.Provide compensation SME support for neighboring Asia markets.Establish scalable compensation frameworks across the region.Monitor talent markets and advise on competitive risks.Build and maintain compensation ranges for India and Asia.Standardize pricing methodology with internal partners and PwC.Ensure ranges remain competitive and structurally sound.Conduct job evaluations and level alignment during reorgs and acquisitions.Support organizational design and operational buildouts.Identify and mitigate downstream cleanup needs.Stakeholder Leadership Across the Region:Partner with TA, HRBPs, Finance, and global compensation.Represent Asia region in compensation decisions.Provide actionable, simplified guidance to business leaders.Vendor and Contract Leadership:Partner with PwC to ensure speed and quality in deliverables.Recommend contract structures that reduce change order friction.Build repeatable workflows that improve vendor efficiency.Core Capabilities & Experience:Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related work (compensation) experience, with India tech market depth or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.Expertise in leveling, job architecture, and market pricing.Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments.Strong analytical capability and systems proficiency (Workday preferred).Influential leader able to drive decisions across functions and geographies.TMUS India Private Limited, operating as TMUS Global Solutions, has engaged ANSR, Inc.
