Job title: Sales Manager – International MarketsDepartment: Sales & MarketingSub Department: SalesReports To: Director SalesLocation: MumbaiBudget: Upto 25 LPAJob Summary: Expand current business in seasonings and flavours into international markets especially Africa by penetrating in existing industries, and expanding into newer segments and thus grow the overall sales. Maintain strong customer relationship with an objective of increasing customer enquiries and thus helping in overall business growth of the Company.Role and Responsibilities: Conduct market research in the field of flavours, spices, snack foods, bakery and QSRs and device strategies to penetrate the market and increase salesGenerate strong leads with major customers and achieve the sale targets given by the Company.Regularly meet customers and gain a clear understanding of their future needs.Analyze market and various products of various industries and identify focus areas. Develop a detailed sales plan for self and the team to achieve the plan.Provide compelling samples to customers to their complete satisfactionCollect feedbacks from customers on a regular basis to ensure they are satisfied and pass the feedback to the team.Prepare detailed sales visit plan for self.Conduct negotiations and convert enquiry into order.Ensure all collections are received in time within the credit period for the portfolio handled. Coordinate with collection team to follow up for dues right from billing till collection. Ensure 95% of collections are done within due date. Ensure there is “Zero” bad debt.Conduct regular sales review with managementConduct regular review meetings with the teamQualificationB.E., MBA or similar with excellent sales skillsMinimum overall experience of 8 to 10 years in to seasoning and flavors in international markets
