The role includes achieving targets related to persistency, premium renewal, protection business, new business, mis-selling complaint ratios, minimizing attrition, and team development. The manager will also ensure optimal LM Team size, LM activation, and LM Club membership.Key Responsibilities1. Managerial ResponsibilitiesRecruit staff as per approved manpower planManage performance, provide coaching, and counsel team membersEnsure engagement and retention of talent2.
