Looking for SAP HCM/SF/SMRequired Skills:-As a SAP Success Factors SME, your focus will be on providing expertiseand support on implementation of SuccessFactors, a cloud based HCMsystem. Your responsibilities include:SAP HR solution blueprinting, including the presentation and articulation tothe clientIdentify key design decisions in business-led, SAP enabled HRtransformationsCommunicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the HRtransformation / benefits caseProactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clientsBe actively involved in business development activities to identify andresearch SAP HCM opportunities on new/existing clientsProviding guidance and expertise on SAP SuccessFactors HCM & otherrelated modulesDevelop and maintain deep understanding of the platform, including itsarchitecture, Functional capabilities and integration capabilitiesDesign and specify integrations of SAP solutions into other client systems,using enterprise architecture principles and standardsShape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of ourclients and our own quality criteriaInfluence clients’ use of automation/iRPATrain, coach and supervise team membersKeep up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, enhancementsand features.Must have bachelor`s or equivalent degree with minimum of 15 + years ofexperience and have at least worked on 3 or 4 end to end SAP SFimplementations.Minimum 7+ years of recent experience with SAP HXM (SuccessFactors,SAP ECC, Concur, Fieldglass, Qualtrics)Background in human-centered design and employee experience-orientedplatforms and solutions; preferred background in SAP/SuccessFactorsExperience with full life cycle HR Transformation and Service Deliverysupporting Shared Service or Cloud delivery solutions including SAP andother HR Technology implementations experienceExperience in function document preparation, functional specification forABAP objects, guiding technical team for development objects.Good Communication skill in English
