The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a great candidate experience.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment StrategyDevelop and implement IT talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.Forecast hiring needs with engineering, product, and technology leaders.Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-hire technical roles.2. End-to-End Hiring ManagementManage the full recruitment lifecycle:Role intake and requirement gatheringSourcing and screening candidatesInterview coordinationOffer negotiation and closingEnsure timely hiring for technical positions.3. Team LeadershipLead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers.Set recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.Conduct training and performance reviews.4. Stakeholder ManagementPartner with Delivery, TSC, external vendorsProvide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.5. Candidate SourcingUse multiple sourcing channels:LinkedIn RecruiterJob portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)Developer communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow)Employee referralsBuild strong talent pipelines for niche IT skills.6. Employer BrandingStrengthen employer branding in the technology talent market.Partner with marketing for campus hiring, tech events, and hackathons.7.
