Our data-driven insights fuel decision-making and provide comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring you are covered from every angle—360°This role is open for Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and BengaluruAbout the role:Role and Responsibilities of the Cluster Manager -EHSIdentify missing EHS processes and systems as per ISO 14001 and 45001Identify EHS champions across facilities management and supply chain teamsConduct internal trainings for on-ground facilities management and supply chain teams on SOPs and local and national compliance and reporting requirementsSupport our corporate sustainability team in ensuring accurate data is reported on time for the company’s annual filings with SEBISupport our corporate compliance team in ensuring each facility are compliant with local environment, health and safety regulationsSupport sites to build and maintain a safety culture, including deployment and operation of safety toolkitPartner with India EHS Central team on assessing impact of new processes on safety and environmentEnsure baseline governance processes and risk assessments are in place, created, regularly reviewed and owned by individual site leadersPartner with site leaders to ensure they execute safety requirements, track action data entry and completionComply with all applicable EHS & other regulatory requirements applicable for our business.Assess, prioritize and reduce HSE risks to the lowest level practicable.Embed effective HSE operational controls at every level in the organization.Set objectives and monitor HSE performance.Implement corrective actions where safety issues are identified.Ensure site management team are able to assess incidents, root causes and recordability criteria and input information correctly into Incident Reporting SystemPartner with Operation and HR to ensure accurate recordkeeping, and compliance with legal requirements and reporting standardsConduct Accident Investigation by being part of a cross-functional team.Identify and develop required safety standards to ensure a safe working environment and formulate rules to ensure that safety standards are met.Train operation staff on safety rules and conduct safety audits & safety committee to ensure adherence to safety rules and standards.Design a system of rewards and recognition to motivate on-ground facilities management teams to focus on EHS improvementsEnsure Environmental Compliance and support on sustainability reporting which includes Waste reduction, energy & water management.Design a system of rewards and recognition to motivate on-ground facilities management teams to focus on EHS improvementsWork with consultants on new safety/compliance projects and ensure successful implementation.Ideal Qualifications12+ years in successfully managing EHS responsibilities and teams in a reputed Indian or multinational company ideally in logistics, manufacturing, or food servicesBTech or Science graduate with PG Diploma in Environment, Health & Safety ManagementCertified as an auditor for ISO 14001 or 45001Should enjoy traveling to facilities across the region on a regular basisStrong interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written
