Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Lead requirement analysis, documentation, and functional design for Core Banking or Product Engine implementations.Participate in large-scale delivery, transformation, or migration projects within the banking domain.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing discussions, clarifications, and requirement workshops independently.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and process documentation.Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.Support UAT, defect management, and solution validation.Provide domain expertise in banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure timely communication across teams.Required Skills10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.Strong experience working with Core Banking Systems or Product Engine platforms.Proven experience working with banks either as a vendor or direct employee.Experience in large delivery programs or migration/transformation projects.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Ability to independently handle client discussions and requirement workshops.Excellent documentation and analytical skills.Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
