The role involves handling customer interactions professionally while maintaining high service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally· Address and resolve customer queries effectively· Provide accurate information and solutions to customers· Maintain quality communication standards during interactions· Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution· Follow company processes and compliance guidelinesWork Details· Working Days: 6 days a week· Shift: Rotational shifts· Weekly Off: Rotational weekly offsCompensation & Benefits· CTC: ₹20,000 per month· Take Home Salary: ₹16,500 per month· Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹1,00,000 per annumEligibility Criteria· Freshers and Undergraduate candidates can apply· Good communication skills· Willingness to work in rotational shifts· Customer-oriented attitudeLanguage RequirementCandidates should be proficient in any one of the following languages:· Kannada· Malayalam· Tamil· TeluguPreferred Skills· Basic computer knowledge· Good listening and communication skills· Ability to handle customers professionallyLeave PolicyNo leave is applicable during the first 3 months of employment (probation period).Additional InformationImmediate joiners preferred.
