Roles & Responsibilities· Develop and implement communication strategies that support business priorities such as new single-family home community launches, construction milestones, model home openings, and buyer-related organizational initiatives.· Monitor communication performance across homebuyers, realtors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders, adjusting strategies based on residential construction trends and customer sentiment.· Create, edit, and publish construction-focused content, including press releases, community brochures, newsletters, project progress sheets, homeowner updates, leadership messages, and website copy highlighting floor plans, build stages, and community amenities.· Proofread and edit communication materials to ensure accuracy in construction timelines, specification details, compliance updates, warranty information, and brand consistency across all buyers-facing content.· Support senior leadership with communication plans, announcements, and employee engagement messaging.· Assist in preparing crisis communication plans and manage urgent messaging related to construction delays, supply chain disruptions, inspection issues, safety incidents, and customer escalations—helping mitigate reputational risk.· Organizational, planning, and project-coordination skills with attention to detail· Exhibit strong writing, editing, and content development abilities to translate technical construction information into clear, buyer-friendly messaging across multiple formats.· Experience working on digital platforms.
