Role: Senior Product Designer (Consumer UX / Gamified Ed-Tech)Company DescriptionDream Opportunity is a global organization focused on expanding access to high-income career pathways for under-resourced students.We partner with multi-billion-dollar companies including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, EY, Blackstone, Paramount, Informa, Kellogg’s, Kellanova, and others to provide students with real exposure to careers and professional networks.Building on this foundation, we are launching Dreamari, a global AI-powered, gamified ed-tech platform designed to help students discover careers, build skills, and unlock opportunity at scale.Dreamari will launch with immediate distribution across eight countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, the Philippines, Mexico, Singapore, and the UAE.We are forming the first selected core technical team to build this platform from the ground up. These roles will influence product architecture, global scalability, and long-term technical direction.Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Designer, you will architect the entire user experience and visual identity of the Dreamari platform.You will own the end-to-end design process from wireframing complex branching narrative games to designing high-fidelity, mobile-first interfaces that feel more like BitLife or Duolingo than a traditional classroom tool.This is a founding design role with direct influence on how thousands of students across eight countries discover their future careers. We are looking for a designer who understands that in ed-tech, engagement is the engine of impact.What You’ll DoLead End-to-End Design: Own the UX/UI for Version 1, including career discovery engines, public mentorship forums, and complex student dashboards.Architect Gamified Simulations: Design the interface and flow for /"Day in the Life/" narrative games, ensuring branching decision trees are intuitive and engaging.Mobile-First Execution: Build high-fidelity, responsive designs optimized for mobile users in diverse global markets.Define Design Systems: Create and maintain a scalable design library (components, typography, and brand assets) to ensure consistency across web and future mobile apps.User-Centric Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test /"game loops/" and behavioral triggers that keep students coming back.Data-Informed Iteration: Partner with engineering to translate engagement metrics and student feedback into meaningful UI improvements.Collaborate on Vision: Work directly with leadership to transform abstract career concepts into concrete, visual storytelling experiences.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.Expert Proficiency in Figma: Ability to build complex, variable-based design systems and high-fidelity prototypes.Portfolio of Shipped Products: Proven track record of designing consumer-facing apps (Ed-tech, Fintech, or Gaming experience is a major plus).Mobile-First Mastery: Deep understanding of iOS/Android design patterns and responsive web constraints.Information Architecture: Strong ability to map out complex user journeys, especially for multi-path narrative experiences.Visual Storytelling: Ability to use UI to communicate status, progress, and /"consequences/" within a gamified environment.Startup DNA: Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving /"0 to 1/" environment where you are the primary designer.Nice to HaveExperience with Gamification Mechanics (leaderboards, badges, XP systems).Experience designing for International Audiences (localization, accessibility across different regions).Basic understanding of Front-end capabilities (CSS/React) to ensure design feasibility.
