Role Overview:We are looking for a result-driven professional to manage end-to-end commercial property sales closures at the project site in Kharadi. The role involves engaging with qualified leads, conducting site presentations, and driving conversions for office and retail spaces.Key Responsibilities:• Handle site-level sales closures for commercial projects (office/retail spaces).• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients and investors.• Manage walk-ins and qualified leads generated through internal and external channels.• Work closely with channel partners, developers, and internal sourcing teams to drive conversions.• Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and booking closures.• Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports.• Achieve assigned revenue and booking targets.Required Experience & Skills:• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate sales / property closing.• Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.• Experience handling office spaces, retail units, or commercial assets.• Excellent client handling and presentation skills.• Ability to work in a target-driven site sales environment.Preferred Background:• Experience with developer-led or channel partner sales models.• Good understanding of the Pune commercial real estate market.
