The role requires strong collaboration with production, QA/QC, packing, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth dispatches for domestic and international business.LocationAmbarnath, Thane, MaharashtraJob ResponsibilitiesProduction & Inventory PlanningPrepare long-term manufacturing plans (R generation) for the next 6 months.Develop and manage production master schedules across 5 manufacturing lines in coordination with line managers.Track daily manufacturing schedules, report deviations, and initiate corrective actions.Plan inventory requirements for production in collaboration with stores.Prepare monthly consolidated packing plans and monitor adherence.Track committed deliveries against production plans to ensure timely fulfillment.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with line managers to ensure production adherence.Coordinate with QA/QC for timely release of finished goods (FG), raw materials (RM), and packing materials (PM).Work closely with packing and finished goods stores (FGS) to manage dispatches.Logistics ManagementMaintain logistics records, including vehicle demand vs. availability.Follow up with vendors to ensure vehicle availability for international shipments and inbound logistics.Plan and manage vehicle sequencing, coordinating with drivers and FGS teams.Collect, verify, and process transport invoices; ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.Coordinate with procurement to raise PRs and POs against invoices.Ensure service entries are completed and payments processed in collaboration with finance and vendors.Managing the dispatches of various warehouses, Bhiwandi, PanvelQualifications4-6yrs exp in Pharma supply chain domain knowledgeAny graduate, MBA in SCM/ OperationsRequired SkillsStrong collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple functionsProficient in logistics managementPreferred SkillsExperience in biopharma industryKnowledge of inventory planning
