This entire experience comes together on our integrated digital platform, allowing customers to manage their solar journey, from start to savings, in one place.Backed by Blume Ventures, UTEC, Avaana Capital, British International Investment (BII), SE Ventures, and Riverwalk Holdings, we are dedicated to transforming India's solar energy landscape while delivering exceptional returns for businesses and supporting local solar entrepreneurs.Role –To drive demand generation and business growth for the Solar Structure category by building strong relationships with EPCs, developers, and installers, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals while ensuring alignment with supply availability, pricing competitiveness, and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities –Build and scale the Solar Structures category (Ground Mount / Tin Shed) by driving consistent demand from EPCs, installers, and solar project developersIdentify, engage, and onboard new customers across India including EPC companies, solar installers, project developers, and contractorsGenerate and qualify new business leads for solar structures through market outreach, industry networks, and partnershipsWork closely with the Supply team to align vendor capabilities, pricing, and delivery timelines with customer requirementsUnderstand customer technical requirements and coordinate techno-commercial proposals accordinglyNegotiate commercial terms including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contract conditions with customersDrive deal closures while ensuring market competitive pricing and margin optimizationMaintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnershipsCoordinate with internal teams (Supply, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveriesTrack market demand trends for solar structures, project pipeline activity, and competitor offeringsKey Skills & Competencies –Strong understanding of solar mounting structures, project requirements, and EPC procurement processesProven experience in B2B sales, demand generation, and deal closures in solar or steel categoriesStrong commercial acumen with focus on revenue growth and margin managementEstablished network within the solar EPC / developer ecosystemStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to coordinate cross-functionally with supply, logistics, and finance teamsMinimum Experience –Minimum 5 years of experience in solar, steel, or related infrastructure categoriesPrior experience working with solar EPCs, installers, or project developers preferredExperience in steel structures or solar mounting structures will be an advantage
