Role Description The position involves reaching out to potential panel members and assisting them through the onboarding process. You will play a key role in helping people join our panel and participate in surveysKey Responsibilities Conduct outreach via calls and emails to recruit new panel members Guide individuals through the panel onboarding process Inform panel members about new surveys and reward points they can redeem Follow up with participants to complete pending forms or surveys Maintain communication and ensure a smooth onboarding experienceWho We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) • Comfortable speaking with people over phone and email • Organized and proactive with follow-ups • Entry-level candidates or freshers are welcome
