Designation: Quality Assurance - US Accounting for Quick book software. Location: Andheri East, Mumbai. Shift time: 07:30 PM to 04:00 AM - with commute facilities. Quality Assurance for Front Office QuickBooks Live, you will be responsible for driving service excellence by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all client interactions. You will lead quality frameworks, monitor live and recorded engagements, and provide structured feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of bookkeeping support. By leveraging data, audits, and advanced tools, you will identify gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous process improvements. In this role, you will partner closely with operations and training teams to strengthen client trust, elevate Expert performance, and ensure business owners receive reliable, world-class guidance that supports their long-term success.Job Description:Monitors and coaches Expert interactions to ensure quality standards are met.Champions sales programs and supports skill development for: Lead pass, Attach SER / Serve‑to‑Sell outcomesEnsures adherence to required processes and compliance guidelines.Identifies performance gaps and partners with leaders to address and correct them.Performs outlier management to handle unusual or inconsistent performance trends.Uses Intuit-provided QA forms when available to document quality processes.Follows formal QA expectations, including Required contact behaviors, Observation frequency, Action plans for correcting defective behaviors Desired Skills:More than 5 years’ experience working at a similar capacity in US Accounting (preferably in small & mid-size businesses)Sound knowledge of US GAAP & CompliancesPotential to take more responsibility than the regular job. Good communication written & verbal,Decent analytical & presentation Skills, Well versed with deadline, efficiency, productivity & qualityAble to work under pressure with minimum supervision.Computer Proficiency & specifications:Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online accounting software (mandatory)Well versed with the different communication applications & workflow portals Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
