Oracle Fusion – Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead (ERP + Integrations)Location: Hyderabad (Mandatory onsite)Business Function: Procurement, Finance, Revenue – Enterprise ApplicationsWe are hiring a Senior Test Analyst / Test Lead to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, integrated with several internal/external systems using OIC, Boomi, and supported by BI/OTBI reporting.This role requires strong end-to-end testing leadership, not just hands-on execution:✔ Own functional + integration + NFT testing across ERP modules✔ Manage defects, test cycles, coordination, dependencies✔ Interface with multiple engineering teams (India/Sri Lanka/Global)✔ Track progress, raise risks, chase stakeholders, ensure closure✔ Understand what to test, how to test, and when to test in an integrated ERP ecosystemThis is NOT a manual tester role; it’s test leadership for a complex ERP + OIC integration environment.Core Platform:· Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPo Modules tested: AP, AR, GL, Procurement (PO), Projects, FinanceIntegration Layer:· Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – primary middleware· Boomi (minor use)Reporting:· BI Publisher· OTBI (Operational/finance reports used by Finance teams)Automation Stack (already in place):· Selenium BDD framework· Integrated with CI/CD pipelines and JiraBusiness Users:· Finance & Procurement teams (global)· Application usage: Internal (enterprise)This makes it a large, multi-module, multi-integration ERP ecosystem, requiring strong understanding of end-to-end flows.---⭐ What This Role Really Is - ✔ This IS:· A Senior Test Analyst/Test Lead· ERP + middleware + integration testing specialist· Someone who understands dependencies, test data, integration flows, defect lifecycle, release cycles· A coordinator who can follow-up assertively, escalate, and communicate strongly
