ESG ConsultantLocation: Mumbai / Delhi / Hybrid Company: Soulace Consulting Pvt LtdAbout the CompanySoulace Consulting is a leading advisory firm working with governments, multilateral agencies, and corporates on governance, public policy, sustainability, and social impact initiatives.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic ESG Consultant to support organizations in developing and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, sustainability frameworks, and impact-driven initiatives. The role will involve research, advisory, stakeholder engagement, and ESG reporting aligned with global standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients in developing ESG strategies, sustainability roadmaps, and responsible business frameworks.Conduct ESG assessments, materiality analysis, and gap analysis for organizations.Assist in preparation of ESG and sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, and SDGs.Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, climate policies, and ESG regulations.Work on social impact, governance reforms, and environmental sustainability projects.Engage with stakeholders including corporates, government bodies, and development organizations.Support proposal writing, client presentations, and project execution.Monitor and evaluate ESG performance indicators and impact metrics.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Development Studies, Business, or related fields.2–5 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, CSR, or development sector.Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and impact measurement.Excellent research, analytical, and report writing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
